Amer Al Ahbabi CME/CFE/AFA/MIPA is a proven visionary and excellent leader. He is the Chairman of VArtix Holdings Group, bringing a wealth of experience and achievements across corporate and asset management.
Currently, Mr. Al Ahbabi also serves as the CEO of Asayel Investment Company, Director of Internal Audit for the Government of Abu Dhabi, and Chairman of the Association of Accountants in Abu Dhabi.

Nabeel Haroon, a graduate in Aerospace Engineering with Pilot Studies from the UK, is a seasoned leader driving success across multiple sectors. As CEO of Capstone Real Estate UK he oversees construction and real estate operations, delivering strategic growth and operational excellence. He is also in the transportation sectors in the UK and UAE.
With extensive expertise in business development, Nabeel excels in identifying growth opportunities, fostering strategic alliances, and leading market expansion initiatives. His innovative vision and leadership continue to drive success across his ventures.

Mr. Shoaib brings over a decade of real estate experience in the UAE, covering all sectors including residential, retail, office, hospitality, and mixed-use properties. His expertise in these areas has made him a prominent figure in the industry.
An impressive educational background with an MBA and specialized certifications as an Anti-Money, Laundering Specialist and a Certified Property Manager Specialist (CPS) underscore his commitment to excellence and staying at the forefront of industry best practices.

ENG. GERARD VILLAMAYOR

Engineer Gerard Villamayor serves on the Board at Vertix Holdings.
With over 25 years of expertise in facilities management at airports, high-rise buildings, landscape irrigation, and villa maintenance, Gerard has successfully managed high-priority projects and teams of up to 400 professionals, including engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
He’s the COO at Servco, a company committed to advancing sustainability by implementing eco-friendly practices and leveraging green energy solutions. Certified in ISO Auditing and in AutoCAD 2D/3D, Gerard is also proficient in CAFM, SAP, Maximo, and Oracle systems, making him a leader in merging technical proficiency with operational strategy.
